It was 1980 and West Ham won the FA Cup for the second time in 5 years, the great Billy Bonds lifited the Cup for “the Hammers”.  As you watch the players come through to lift the cup, you see Frank Lampard. Not the Chelsea player of today (that would make him very old) but the dad of the Chelsea player today, who was also called Frank.

Admiral lifted the cup in 1977 with Manchester Utd after they beat Liverpool 2-1 at Wembley.
